He is an experienced Business Owner, Director, Corporate Senior Manager & Management Consultant specialising in Commercial Operations, Projects, Strategic Bids, Financial, Asset Management, P&L and Shared Services Management (including FICHAP Corporate divisions) across the FMCG, Petrochemical, Nuclear (UK), Marketing, Technology, Utilities (Power, Gas, Water & Telecommunications), Engineering, Public & Private Sectors. With over 20 years of Management Consulting in UK & NZ delivering project commercial outcomes, people & performance cultural development, ongoing continuous improvements, marketing & branding enhancements, financial business modeling, organisational change exceeding stakeholder expectations. Experience includes a Management buyout (US Telco Subsidiary covering GB & NI) with successful new start-ups in both UK (FMCG, Export, Manufacturing and Recruitment) and NZ (System Integrations, Capital Projects).

Ian is New Zealand based. He is an experienced manager in both the manufacturing and service sectors, large and small. He has a proven track record of delivering improvement projects throughout companies utilising Lean improvement techniques and project management skills. He has worked in Europe in a number of industry sectors including automotive, telecommunications and foundries. Since moving to New Zealand in 2004 Ian spent five years in the service sector focused on strategic and process improvement before taking his current role as a Lean Coach. Ian has experience in coaching staff at all levels, providing support, direction and clarity during times of change. He is an experienced project manager and was involved in the design, procurement and establishment of a manufacturing plant in the Middle East.

Derek is Hong Kong based. He is an executive leader with 27 years of experience in financial services. Derek is an accomplished COO with global experience across trading, sales, and operations. With expertise in financial & business management, product development, strategic planning and process efficiency he has delivered solutions to grow, integrate and restructure business lines that have strengthened and transformed organisations. As a strategic thinker who allows others to see beyond the status quo, he provides analytical insights, unique solutions, and simple execution. Derek is passionate about disruptive innovation and an API economy and has completed a Massachusetts Institute of Technology course on Financial Technology and Future Commerce. He is also passionate about giving back and organized a 7-day event racing Tuk Tuks across India that raised over $100,000 to build a school for children born and living in the Chennai slums.

David is New Zealand based and has over 35 years experience in all facets of the infrastructure and construction sectors from asset owner to contractor. His most recent roles have included COO and GGM Service Delivery for Watercare and Vector. Both serviced the city of Auckland covering water, wastewater, electricity and gas services. Other roles included CEO of Hastie group and GGM of ALSTOM and Transfield Services. These were the largest contractors in New Zealand in the building services, industrial and energy disciplines. Earlier roles included NZ manager of Societe’ Generale de Surveillance and a wide range of project management roles on many significant petrochemical, power, dairy and industrial projects; both offshore and in New Zealand.

Helen holds a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (Massey University), is a NZ Registered Nurse and holds a NZ Organisation for Quality qualification in Quality Assurance. She is a member of the NZ Institute of Safety Management and regularly participates in industry training and development. Helen has spent the last 17 years gaining experience in health and safety, quality, risk and project management after a successful career as a Nurse in both NZ and overseas. She has worked in industries as diverse as electricity generation, distribution and retailing; natural and LP Gas distribution; Primary Healthcare; Civil Construction and the Public Sector. Having held both management and advisory roles in the public and private sectors, she has a wealth of knowledge of both technical, hands-on health and safety as well as strategic planning and development experience. Helen combines her academic qualification, her experience and her passion for helping NZ businesses to enhance productivity and profitability through improving occupational health and safety management.
