The following outlines the terms and conditions of use ("Terms") for this website (“this Site”). The operator of this Site is Consultancy Solutions Limited, whose address is stated above. In this document Consultancy Solutions Limited is referred to as “we” “us” or “our”. We may alter these Terms at any time. We are a New Zealand based organisation that supplies services within New Zealand only, therefore by your use of this Site you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts and our dealings with you are governed by New Zealand Law. If you do not agree to submit to the laws of New Zealand then you should immediately cease your use of this Site.
We allow the creation of links from other websites to this Site’s homepage but for express consent to link directly to any other part of this Site you are required to Contact us for permission. Principles: We’re using this update to our privacy notice as an opportunity to ensure we clearly comply with the GDPR Regulations: and a clear statement that we do not retain any personal data from visitors to our website(s)
Collection and Use: We’ve clarified that we do not collect personal data about you, and do not retain any site visitor identifiable information.
Who are ‘we’?
When we refer to ‘we’ (or ‘our’ or ‘us’), that means Consultancy Solutions Limited and all its wholly owned subsidiaries and trading entities. Our legal & registered offices are in Auckland, New Zealand but we operate and have offices around the world. Address details for all CSL offices are available on our Contact page.
